Billing questions
When is my card charged?
When you press Submit on a study. Your card is saved securely with Stripe after the first study, so later studies are one click. You get an emailed receipt for each charge.
What counts as one study?
One patient, one visit, up to 6 images: for example a thoracic series and an abdominal series of the same patient taken the same day.
What if a read fails?
You are refunded automatically and can submit the study again.
Do follow-up questions cost extra?
Follow-up questions and re-reads on a report you've paid for are included, within fair-use limits (5 per study per day).
How long are images kept?
Pay as you go: images are hosted for 30 days, for up to your 50 most recent studies. Reports and PDFs stay in your account. Connected X-ray plan: unlimited image hosting while the plan is active.
How does the connected X-ray plan bill?
$499.50 at the start of each monthly period, which includes 50 studies ($9.99 each). Studies beyond 50 in a period are $9.99 each, charged when you submit. Cancel any time; the plan runs to the end of the paid period.
Can I cancel?
Pay as you go has nothing to cancel: if you stop submitting studies, you stop paying. The connected X-ray plan can be cancelled from your account and ends at the end of the paid month.
