What we collect
- Account and hospital details: names, emails, hospital legal name, address, phone, and the veterinarians you list (printed on reports).
- Studies: the radiographs you upload or send, the patient details and history you enter, and the reports produced.
- Payments: handled by Stripe. We receive the payment status and the card brand and last four digits, never the full card number.
- Usage logs: sign-ins and actions, for security and support.
How we use it
- To read your studies and deliver reports to the people in your hospital's account.
- To bill per study and send receipts (via Stripe).
- To measure and improve reading quality, including from corrections your veterinarians make. De-identified data may be used for this.
Who can see your studies
Only users your hospital's account owner has added, and our operators when needed to run or support the service. Images and history are sent to the AI providers that perform the reads solely to produce your report. We do not sell your data.
Security and retention
Data is stored on Google Cloud in the United States, encrypted in transit. Studies and reports are kept while your account is active so you can return to them; ask us to delete your data when you close your account.
